The Farmer Gin

"Who ever would have though that the dream of farming Pheasants would be the key to the most amazing journey of our life together that began with our humble Farm Shop where Colin bred the birds and I cooked them and 'the people came'. 

Colin is the reason we came to live in the Barossa. Farmer of Pheasants, vines, olives and orchard - and the absolute rock of the family, his gin, as dry as his whit with saltbush from our farm, fresh seasoned pepper grown for us in Queensland, a hint of orange is my farmer in a bottle."
