Pheasant Farm Semillon

This golden-skinned grape from 80 year old vines in Light Pass is full flavoured with lots of richness and lemon curd texture. Organically grown, yielding a combination of lemon, honeysuckle and nashi pear aromas. Beautifully paired with fresh fruit and cheese, oysters or Spicy Asian cuisine.
