How I love the Quince, with its unmistakable scent when ripe. I never tire of finding ways to celebrate it and this Quince liqueur, beautifully balanced with elderberry, is one I’ve long dreamt of making. I can see myself on a hot summers night, pouring this over a frappe of ice, thinking life is sweet!
