This elegant wine made for us by friends from the Eden Valley sub region - High Eden. Our connection with these grapes goes back so many years and gives us something our Valley floor cannot in whites. A cool climate, single vineyard Riesling, it displays light, crisp & crunchy characteristics. This vintage offers a touch more sweetness than previous. It boasts long flavour and mineral complexity while retaining its finesse.
