Harvested at optimal flavour ripeness after a wet winter and spring, followed by a dry and mild summer for ultimate flavour development, the fruit is lightly pressed with only the free run juice used. With a rich palate of fresh melon, a hint of citrus and tropical fruits and finishing with crisp, balanced acidity, it’s perfect paired with seafood, chicken or feta cheese.
