Pheasant Farm Grenache Mataro

Our Home Block Grenache blended with 34% Mataro gives a wonderfully aromatic, intensely flavoured wine with a fragrant nose of red plum and ripe raspberry. The medium bodied palate packed with these bright red fruit notes and peppery spice, supported by fine supple tannins and perfectly weighted acidity gives a complex balanced wine that’s enjoyable now, but will develop beautifully over the medium term.
