Pear Brandy with Fig Syrup

Our first ever pear brandy put down 4 years ago as a way of celebrating everything about our pear orchard of the Barossa. We’ve added a touch of Kangaroo Island with Figgery’s Sticky Fig Syrup and together they make the most luscious of drinks perfect for the cooler months to come. It comes down to that favourite flavour balance of mine, agrodolce; with just a touch of sweetness.
